Find Clarity, Confidence & Balance Through Counselling

Meet Yasmin Kermali

The Congruent Counsellor

Online Therapy for Self-Esteem, Identity, and Confidence

I know how it feels to question your worth, struggle with self-doubt, or feel lost in your own life. You don’t have to navigate this alone.

As an accredited online counsellor, I provide a space where you can explore your thoughts, build confidence, and set healthy boundaries, so you can step into a life that truly feels like yours.

Flexible & Accessible

No travel, no hassle. Attend sessions from anywhere, at a time that works for you. Your well-being should fit into your life, not the other way around.

Confidential & Supportive

Your privacy is my priority. Sessions are held in a safe, secure online space, where you can speak openly and feel truly heard without fear of judgment.

Tailored to Your Needs

Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. Every session is designed around your unique experiences, challenges, and goals, ensuring you receive the support that’s most meaningful to you.

Does this sound familiar?

If you’re feeling stuck or unsure about your path, you’re not alone. Many of my clients struggle with:

  • Low self-esteem – “I don’t feel good enough, no matter what I do.
  • Cultural identity struggles – “I feel torn between expectations and my own desires.”
  • Past experiences holding them back – “I know my past affects me, but I don’t know how to move forward.”
  • Difficulty setting boundaries – “I say yes to everyone else, but never to myself.”

You don’t have to keep feeling this way.

Together, we’ll explore your past, navigate your present, and build a confident future, one where you feel empowered to live life on your own terms.

Yasmin Kermali creating a safe, non-judgmental space for online counselling clients.

Hi, I’m Yasmin

I’m an MBACP-accredited online therapist specialising in self-esteem, cultural identity, and relationship challenges. My approach is warm, non-judgmental, and tailored to you, because healing looks different for everyone.

Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about creating a space where you feel safe enough to understand yourself, process past experiences, and move forward with confidence.

Want to know more about me and my journey?

Why is being congruent important?
Being Congruent allows you to become more honest and genuine with yourself about how you feel and what you want from your life.

This leads to a balance and harmony between your thoughts, words and behaviours, which results in healthier communication and understanding in your relationship with yourself and with others, leading to a more balanced & happier life.
Congruent:
Adjective (Pronounced: kong·groo·uhnt)

  • The quality or state of two things being in agreement or fitting well together.
  • The balance between a person's inner thoughts and feelings with their outward communication and expression.
  • The ability to be honest, genuine and authentic with yourself & with others.
  • A state in which your thoughts, words and behaviours are in harmony with each other, allowing you to be aligned with your authentic and genuine self.
