Online Counselling/Psychotherapy Service

Congruent Welcome

I help people who are struggling with self-esteem & self-confidence issues, by supporting them to become more congruent within themselves.

This allows them to live a more balanced life with healthier boundaries & open communication within their relationship with themselves as well as with others.

HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT YOUR LIFE?

I wonder if these statements sound familiar?

If you can relate to any of these statements, then you’ve come to the right place

Life and its daily repetitive tasks, along with our obligations and commitments (towards ourselves and others) can start to feel quite stifling after a while. You reach a point where life just doesn’t feel quite right but you don’t know why.

All you know is that no matter what you do, that unfulfilled feeling is still there. This can also go on to impact your self esteem and your relationships.

If this is how you have been feeling, then counselling may help you.

My name is Yasmin Kermali, and I invite you on this journey with me, to help you build a balanced life that works for you.

To help you feel more at ease, let me tell you a little about myself, which you can read here.
