Individual Counselling Session

Cost: £60 per session
Format: Online video call
Duration: 50 minutes

In these one-to-one therapy sessions, we’ll explore the thoughts, emotions, and experiences that may be holding you back. My role is to support you in understanding yourself, overcoming self-doubt, and finding ways to move forward with confidence.

Clinical Supervision Session

Cost: £70 per session
Format: Online video call
Duration: 50 minutes

As a Clinical Supervisor, I provide a reflective and supportive space for both trainee and qualified therapists. My approach is collaborative, helping you navigate challenges, enhance self-awareness, and build confidence in your therapeutic practice.

Reduced-cost Counselling

Cost: Sliding scale
Format: Online video call
Eligibility: Available for trainee counsellors & unemployed individuals

I believe therapy should be accessible. If you’re currently unemployed or a trainee therapist, you may qualify for a reduced-cost session. Let’s discuss your situation in a free consultation and find an option that works for you.
